CrossRoads combines innovative mental wellness services with a redemptive worldview to restore people to emotional health, relational unity, and a hopeful future

Sometimes we need to sit with someone who can help us notice the good, clarify what isn’t working, and help us move toward the “more” we were made for. Whether it’s one-on-one, together as a couple, or all together as a family, we can help.
The Collaborative Care Initiative brings adjunct therapies that support mental wellness under one umbrella, making them more accessible to people in all parts of our community.
We envision communities where self-protection gives way to love, connection fosters flourishing and healing unlocks the door to generations of change.
A treasure of growth, self-discovery, and skill-building awaits those who are willing to accept the vulnerability of working with others in a group or class setting.

We see each person as an image-bearer of God, worthy of respect, dignity and creative, holistic care that fits how they have been uniquely made. For clients who share our Christian faith, we utilize the strengths that come from deeply knowing both God and ourselves.
We offer access to high-quality holistic care through collaborative partnerships under the same roof, positively impacting the ease and coordination of care.
Clients stay with their counselors for the duration of service. We are willing to work with clients through any prohibitive circumstances (a move, financial changes, time constraints) to prioritize treatment and make things work, and we have very low staff turnover rates.
As a nonprofit, we raise funds that allow us to match people with a counselor who is the right fit to meet thier need - not only in clinical training and experience, but in life, faith, location, and cultural experience.

I was jostled out of my reverie by the site of the largest, hottest, fire blazing oven I’d ever seen. Amazed, we watched a master glassblower carefully insert his medium into the oven.
