I founded Pathways Spiritual Direction, LLC, in 2022 to walk alongside fellow Christ-followers as they deepen their awareness of God’s love and presence in their lives. I completed my Spiritual Direction certification through Sustainable Faith, a two-year program focused on nurturing spiritually healthy pastors and leaders. Creating spacious, contemplative environments where individuals can explore God’s unique movements in their lives is something I’m truly passionate about.

In my practice, I use an Ignatian contemplative approach, drawing on spiritual prayer practices like Lectio Divina, Visio Divina, Imaginative Prayer, and intentionally slow, quiet spaces. I’m eager to partner with people who are spiritually reflective and curious, helping them recognize and respond to the Divine in their everyday experiences.

I’m trauma-informed through the Companioning Center and have completed the 18th and 19th Annotations of The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. I also serve on the board of Flourish Worldwide Inc., a network of leaders and spiritual directors who provide support, encouragement, and equip people to actively participate in God’s movement in their lives and in the world.

In 2024, I joined the staff of Crossroads Counseling Center with the Collaborative Care Initiative. It’s a joy to work alongside a team of practitioners who are committed to helping people experience love, healing, and wholeness in their lives and relationships.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and three big kids. I find refreshment for my mind, body, soul, and heart through time with friends, doing CrossFit, enjoying the outdoors, and reading and writing.
