I believe it is a profound privilege to walk alongside people as they pursue healing, growth, and well-being. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and free to share your story at your own pace.

I have a particular passion for working with individuals impacted by childhood trauma, generational trauma, and the lasting effects these experiences can have on the mind, body, and relationships. I am especially interested in helping people better understand their nervous systems, develop greater self-awareness, and discover new pathways toward healing and resilience. I am also passionate about serving underserved communities and helping make quality mental health care more accessible to those who have historically faced barriers to support.

As a Christian, my faith informs my understanding of the inherent dignity, value, and worth of every person. I welcome conversations about faith and spirituality when they are important to my clients, while also honoring each person's unique beliefs, experiences, and goals.

I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counseling at Covenant Theological Seminary. I was born and raised in St. Louis and have also lived in New York City and Dallas, experiences that have deepened my appreciation for people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Outside of counseling, I enjoy reading, working jigsaw puzzles, and roller skating. No matter where someone is on their journey, I consider it one of life's greatest honors to walk alongside them as they pursue healing and wholeness.
