I have always enjoyed working with people. God called me to the ministry field in 2004. I served in many capacities in the local church. Through the years I have had the privilege of walking with people from various cultural, educational and socioeconomic backgrounds.

I attended St. Louis Christian College where I received my Bachelors in Biblical Studies. I am a graduate of Covenant Seminary, with a Master of Arts in Counseling. When I decided to get my graduate degree, I knew that it would be in counseling.

I see counseling as a tool God can use to encourage, uplift and heal. I desire to see God work in the lives of those I counsel as I see them breaking down walls and barriers in their lives.

I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment in which clients feel understood and cared for as we journey together through life’s difficulties. My purpose is to help my clients find hope and healing, while identifying personal strengths to live their best life. My approach to counseling is relationship based and tailored to who you are as a person. I work with individuals, families, teenagers, and couples. I focus on areas of trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, anger, self-esteem and grief.

I am a husband and a father. I enjoy spending time with family, sports, movies, reading and traveling.  The most important areas in my life are my love for God, family and helping others along the way.
