I believe that using motivational strategies through a trauma-informed lens can truly empower individuals to take meaningful steps toward their well-being goals. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I bring over 20 years of experience working with families, particularly those who have experienced abuse and neglect. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota (Morris) and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

Throughout my career, I have focused on providing crisis intervention, supporting caregivers, and helping parents navigate the challenges of raising children through trauma. I am passionate about offering group education to adults on a range of life experiences, including adoption, divorce, and court intervention. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate environment where individuals can learn and grow, while fostering resilience in the face of adversity.
