I believe we are wired for deep and meaningful connection. And yet so many of us live disconnected from ourselves, other people, and the world around us. We try our best to develop strong and secure relationships on our own, but often to no avail. We find ourselves exactly back where we began – feeling just as lost, confused, and alone as before.

While both knowledge and information have value, I believe it’s the experience of a safe, secure, and supportive relationship that ultimately drives lasting growth and change. Counseling provides a unique opportunity for you to experience a small measure of the human-to-human connection you were made for. As a counseling intern, my goal is to work with you to develop a relationship that empowers you to leave the counseling room and enjoy the goodness of connection in your everyday life.

I initially moved to St. Louis in 2017 to pursue a Master of Divinity at Covenant Seminary. After working for several years in ministry, I decided to explore a career in counseling. I returned to St. Louis in 2024 to pursue a Master of Arts in Counseling also at Covenant Seminary. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my wife, eating ice cream, and practicing judo.
