My experience with grief and loss, in leading women's groups, and in navigating relational challenges shapes the compassion and perspective I bring to my work with clients. I provide a welcoming atmosphere and a non-judgmental space for people impacted by depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and racial identity concerns. I support children, adolescents, and adults going through life transitions including growing up, graduating, beginning a new career, adjusting after an unexpected change, or experiencing loss. 

If you’re going through a major life change, feeling overwhelmed, or carrying grief, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a place to feel safe, supported, and understood as you begin to make sense of what you’re carrying. Together, we can explore your story, process difficult feelings, build emotional regulation skills, and begin to reconnect with a sense of hope. I consider it an honor to come alongside and care for clients of all ages as they pursue healing, growth, and restoration. 

In 2021, I moved to St. Louis to complete my master's program and to teach at a middle school in the city. Originally from the Chicagoland area, I love to eat Chicago-style pizza. Outside of work, I enjoy reading good books, relaxing on the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
