I’m Cierra Crowley.  I am a registered nurse and Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.  I attended Chamberlain College of Nursing in St. Louis, where I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.  I later continued my education to complete my Master of Science in Nursing at University of South Alabama.

With 10+ years of experience in the field of health promotion and disease prevention, I have expertise in nutrition, obesity medicine, precision medicine, and preventive health for children.  

I specialize in pediatric wellness, including holistic pediatric nutrition, weight management, gut health, and managing picky eating in children.

My services are designed to help parents and children manage various pediatric health concerns comprehensively, balancing traditional medicine with lifestyle changes.  I also emphasize and help parents understand the importance of the emotional and behavioral aspects of children’s eating habits with their typical development.  

Additionally, my favorite roles and hats I wear are wife and mom!  I married my high school sweet heart and have 3 beautiful children!  I enjoy CrossFit, being outside, and perfecting my sourdough baking skills!
