I am a certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, wife, and mother of four. I bring over three decades of life experience, professional expertise, and a deep walk with God into my work. I’ve lived in St. Louis for many years, where I have had the privilege to serve individuals and families across the mental health field as a counselor, crisis worker, volunteer, and case manager.
With a Master’s degree in Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I’ve long held a passion for the connection between emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical health. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in 2022, and soon after, became certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor in 2023. I’m registered for both certifications through Yoga Alliance International. I have been teaching ever since, combining evidence-based body practices with the compassionate, psychology-centered care that defines my approach.
I offer gentle, trauma-informed yoga designed to support emotional regulation, body awareness, and healing in a safe, grounded environment. My work is rooted in the belief that God meets us anywhere and everywhere and that the body can be a place of restoration, along with the mind.
Combining my clinical knowledge with somatic practices, I create a safe space for clients to explore healing through movement, breath, and stillness. Each class is an invitation to reconnect with one’s body, mind, faith, and the God who brings peace and restoration. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, attachment issues, or simply seeking peace, I invite you into a practice that honors both your story and your faith.
My life and work are driven by my highest aim: To live each day in a way that glorifies God and may my life point others toward God’s glory.
