Working alongside and connecting with others has always been a passion of mine. My journey to where I am now contains many twists and turns, but I believe those experiences have shaped me into who God wants me to be. I have a passion for working with teens and adults wanting to grow and heal. I primarily work with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship challenges. I would love to help you gain a healthy perspective on the relationships that you have in your life. I believe that being in relationship with others helps strengthen us to be able to handle life’s challenges.

I graduated with my Master’s in Counseling at Southern Methodist University in 2022. I am a people person through and through. In any free time, I love to travel, cook, spend time outside, and laugh with friends and family. Currently, most of my time is spent playing with my puppy, Louie!
