I consider it a deep privilege to sit with people in their pain, questions, and healing. Whether it feels natural or unfamiliar to share your struggles, I am committed to going at your pace–guided by your words and the wisdom that your body may be offering us.

I am somatically informed and I am passionate about helping clients connect more deeply with themselves—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I enjoy supporting individuals in learning how to feel safe in their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, process their emotions, and begin to experience life in their bodies as something beautiful and enjoyable. I also welcome the opportunity to sit with clients in their spiritual questions or struggles. I believe that meaningful change happens in the context of safe, trusting relationships. That’s why I prioritize creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and met without judgment.

I am currently finishing my Master’s in Counseling at Covenant Theological Seminary. I am originally from the East Coast, and I have also lived in Chicago, Los Angeles, and now St. Louis. My background includes training in trauma-informed somatic coaching, Pilates and fitness instruction, and theater and comedy. Outside of counseling, I enjoy time with my family and friends, going for walks and enjoying great food!
