If you have a question regarding your account please call our main office and speak with Carrie at ext. 16 or Pat at ext. 14.
Please understand that CrossRoads must follow state and federal laws (HIPPA) regarding client confidentiality. Therefore, if you are a client of any therapist at CrossRoads you must sign a waiver of those rights for your counselor or our support staff to communicate with you by email.
